How it works
The moment you sign up, it starts. You'll get everything you need to book your first call, and I begin getting to know you before we've even spoken.
We spend a full hour on you. Your history, your body, your symptoms, your fears, your goals. Not a form. A conversation with someone who has been where you are. This is where your programme comes from.
Three sessions a week built around you, a live call every week, and me beside you throughout. Adjusting, coaching, answering. You are never left to figure it out on your own.

Questions
This varies depending on your birth and recovery. There's no blanket rule, and that's exactly how I work. We talk it through properly on the discovery call, look at where you are, and build from there.
This is exactly who the programme is designed for. Diastasis and pelvic floor symptoms are not reasons to stop. They're reasons to train smarter. I coach around them, not away from them.
Three personalised sessions at a time that suits you, plus the weekly 30-minute live call with me. Sessions are designed to be effective and realistic. You're a mother, I'm a mother, and the programme reflects that.
Yes. Your personalised sessions are in the Everfit app. The weekly live call is on Zoom. WhatsApp keeps us connected in between. It works around your life, not the other way round.
