Frequently asked.

How soon postpartum can I start?

This varies depending on your birth and recovery. There's no blanket rule, and that's exactly how I work. We talk it through properly on the discovery call, look at where you are, and build from there.

What if I have diastasis or pelvic floor symptoms?

This is exactly who the programme is designed for. Diastasis and pelvic floor symptoms are not reasons to stop. They're reasons to train smarter. I coach around them, not away from them.

How much time do I need each week?

Three personalised sessions at a time that suits you, plus the weekly 30-minute live call with me. Sessions are designed to be effective and realistic. You're a mother, I'm a mother, and the programme reflects that.

Is this delivered fully online?

Yes. Your personalised sessions are in the Everfit app. The weekly live call is on Zoom. WhatsApp keeps us connected in between. It works around your life, not the other way round.

I'm not sure if I'm ready. What should I do?

Book a discovery call. We'll talk it through. No pressure, no pitch. If you're a good fit, I'll tell you. If you're not ready yet, I'll tell you that too. I'll tell you what to do in the meantime.

What happens after the 8 weeks?

That's entirely up to you. You can continue working with me, or take what you've built and go. My goal is that you leave with the knowledge, confidence, and physical foundation to train for the rest of your life.
